    Heritage Veterinary Hospital is hiring one full-time Customer Service Representative. Attention to detail and excellent customer service is a requirement. Experience in the Veterinary field is definitely a plus but not required if the applicant has the right personality, work ethic, and a desire to learn.

    Duties will include welcoming/checking in clients and pets, answering phone calls and questions, scheduling appointments, invoicing visits, creating estimates, receiving payments, dispensing and reviewing medications, and being a friendly face in the reception/waiting area for clients. Experience with Avimark is highly preferred but not required.
